AMALTHEA
In the year of 2004 AMALTHEA became the kind of band that they are today. It was when Jeremias, Per, Erik and Simon stood in together in their rehearsalspace and started writing songs under the name "AMALTHEA" that this whole thing started. In year 2004 they did various recordings by theirselves. Amalthea then made a three song promodisc mid 2004 and was determined to get their music out on a record on a nice label. With some convenient coincidents and some luck, the promodisc landed in the hands of the label "ape must not kill ape records" located in Switzerland. After that, amalthea was on their way and released their first record, a 7" vinyl containing 4 songs. The song were recorded in early 2005 and later that year it was released. Amalthea have also released a 7" split-vinyl with the german band "Only For The Sake Of Aching" which was released in the fall 2006. The band is going to release their debute album, which has taken the amalthea-sound even further towards more emotional and epic soundscapes, in early 2007 it will be released on the excellent label Ape Must Not Kill Ape Records.

Le groupe s'est formé en octobre 2006 : - Rafik (guitare & chant) - Phil (guitare) - Stan (batterie) - Jb (basse) Dans le but de faire une musique chaotique et rock'n roll à la fois. En Fevrier 2007 Emmanuel quitte la formation pour des raisons musicales, quelques temps plus tard JB's adopte le groupe à la basse.
